A&C Billiards and Barstools primary goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new and unopened items. You can return items within 30 days from the original date of purchase if not used. We cannot accept items after this period. The purchaser is responsible for returned shipping cost.
Shipping Damage Policy:
Occasionally items will be delivered with damage.
The purchaser isn’t responsible for the damage.
Shipping paperwork needs to be noted and signed that the product was received with visible packaging damage to validate product was damaged by shipper.
A&C Billiards and Barstools has the right to determine whether or not the product should be replaced or repaired.
Mail Returns: In order to receive a full refund, please include the original packing slip and the item in the original condition that it was delivered. The customer may be responsible for shipping fees when the item is returned. Once we receive the items, then we will process the refund for those items.
Freight Shipping: Many of our products are too large to simply pack in a box and ship using standard methods. For this reason, we utilize freight shipping to get your product to you. All our larger items will be shipped using one of our preferred freight carriers, including UPS Freight, Hercules and ABF Freight (but are not limited to) After your order is placed, it should arrive on your doorstep in 7-10 business days. When it arrives, expect to find it in one or more boxes on a wooden pallet. Once your item is en route, you will receive a call to schedule delivery of your item. Please note that the shipping companies will not deliver inside of your home. If you need them to bring the item inside your home, or for any other questions, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order. In case of returns, it’s recommended you keep the pallet & other packaging.
Standard Shipping: A large number of our products are small and light enough to ship using standard methods. For these items, we utilize FedEx Ground. As with our freight items, expect these to arrive within 4-6 business days after placing your order.
Return Policy: If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why we offer 30 day returns on all purchases.

And let us know what went wrong. If your product is damaged, please provide a description of the damage, and photography. Then all you need to do is ship the item back to us and we’ll refund your order once the returned item arrives at our returns facility for inspection. There are situations where only partial refunds are granted including; (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All returns due to buyer’s remorse are the responsibility of the buyer. If the product has been shipped then all shipping, handling, return shipping and restocking fees are due by the buyer.
The first step is to contact us at email@example.com. Let us know why you’d like to return your item. If the item is broken or damaged, it’s recommended that you provide photos. This can help expedite the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
(a). For items shipped using standard shipping (FedEx Ground), we will provide you with the return address.
(b). For large, bulky items delivered using freight shipping, we will arrange pickup of your item. It’s recommended you use the original packaging, including the wooden pallet your item arrived on.
Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will process the return for you and refund you your money.
Refunds: (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will. Also notify you of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short time frame.
Always use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance when shipping any return item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we must have a tracking number showing that item was delivered to process a refund.
Exchanges: (if applicable) We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
